my imprint

_i've been making mini's off and on for close to a decade. scary i know. sort of fuzzy on when it all transpired: 96? 98? if you count the hand drawn comics i tried to sneak in and place next to superman in the grocery store. let's not. whatever. a long friggin' time. in that span of time there were always a couple of worlds I went back to. namely guston and spb. very little of it saw print. a highlight earlier in the decade was winning an award for one of my self-published works: misa.

_since that time i've slowly expanded to prints, webcomics and tshirts. i've bounced back and forth on pod services. my career's been a bit of a slow burn. (didn't help that the indie floppy market collapsed before 2000 hit). the comics are all hand stapled. either coming in the ashcan format (5,5 x 8.5) or in the max format (8 x11).

_most comics will roll out simultaneously as a webcomic and i aim to release it digitally and in print simultaneously. all stories are headed toward collection down the road in a trade / ogn format. the goal is to release it online and hopefully build an audience outside of the dm that will translate to sales within the dm & chain stores.if you are an interested shop that's indy-friendly, i do honor retailer discounts as long as orders are over 5 copies. i can absolutely send you a sample packet if interested. you can either hit me up at my etsy shop, at a show or any store willing to buy my stuff. on very rare occasions do i ever deal in consignment. i accept all retailer discounts.

IT'S BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE I'VE SELF-PUBLISHED ANY NEW MATERIAL OR SERIALIZED IT ONLINE. THIS DOESN'T MEAN I HAVEN'T BEEN WORKING ON IT, OFF AND ON BETWEEN PROJECTS. I'VE BEEN PURPOSELY CASTING MY NET BETWEEN FREELANCE, COMICS AND THE GALLERY SCENE. I HESITATE TO POST ANY NEW CHARACTER DESIGNS ONLINE OR ANYTHING TILL I HAVE SOMETHING MORE CONCRETE.
